Michael Brown has tipped Aston Villa to make more new signings before the end of the transfer window after Jack Grealish penned a new long-term contract.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, the former Premier League midfielder believes that the Villans have managed to convince the 24-year-old of their future plans with their big spending since promotion to the Premier League.
Villa confirmed earlier this week that Grealish, the club’s captain, had committed himself to a new five-year contract at Villa Park.

The club have also been busy in the transfer market with the high-profile signings of Matty Cash, Ollie Watkins and Emiliano Martinez.
Brown has lauded the Villa board for their financial backing and believes there could be more new faces through the door before October’s deadline.
Brown told Football Insider: “It’s a great signing, you would have said he would have gone but obviously they’ve made a contract that he wants to sign and wants to commit his future to.
