Following Aston Villa this season has been somewhat of a daunting affair. From the adulation of promotion to reaching a Carabao Cup Final, to now, in the midst of a relegation battle, it’s not been an easy ride for the claret and blue faithful.
As you may have seen from the closing day of the Sky Bet Championship season, anything and everything can happen. Swansea snuck into the Play-Off positions through an exceptional performance, whilst Nottingham Forest slid the other way. West Brom could have slipped out of the automatic promotion places if it wasn’t for Brentford’s loss.
It’s going to be similar for Aston Villa – with Watford and Bournemouth breathing precariously close to their necks just below them in the relegation zone. Any two of the three clubs could find themselves relegated to the Sky Bet Championship ahead of next season.
This is going to mean that it’s necessary to follow all three games at once. And if you can’t do that, you’ll want to find a good site to check the results after the game.
For those of you with the facilities to do so, it would be worthwhile to get two screens, two televisions, or even a laptop and watch the Aston Villa game whilst enjoying the nervy experience of having Sky Sports News on too.
